FRUIT PIE

Ingredients :


for the dough

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 glass of sugar

  • 1/2 cup self-rising flour

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 200 grams of margarine

For the filling

  • Fruit of any kind, especially that which has become soft due to time in the refrigerator

  • brown sugar 1 glass



Preparation

  • Mix the dough ingredients together (soften the margarine) and let it cool and harden for half an hour in the refrigerator. Place it in a cake tin with your hands.

  • Cut the fruit into julienne strips or any shape you like and arrange it on top of the dough.

  • Sprinkle the fruit with plenty of brown sugar and bake in a moderate oven for about 1 hour.
