Preparation Mix the dough ingredients together (soften the margarine) and let it cool and harden for half an hour in the refrigerator. Place it in a cake tin with your hands. Cut the fruit into julienne strips or any shape you like and arrange it on top of the dough. Sprinkle the fruit with plenty of brown sugar and bake in a moderate oven for about 1 hour.
