BUREKA CHEESE AND SPINACH QUICHE

Ingredients
1 puff pastry pie crust
250 Gr of raw spine
200 gr of cream
2 Eggs
1 cup of grated cheese
Salt and pepper
Seasmus seeds
Procedure
Line a baking dish or round pan with pie crust. Arrange the spinach leaves. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, one egg, grated cheese, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture over the spinach. Fold the edge of the crust inward. Brush the folded crust with a beaten egg. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake over medium heat for approximately 30 minutes, until golden brown.
