PARISIENE CHICKEN

Ingredients: 1 medium chicken, cut into pieces, oil, 1 chopped onion, 2 tbsp. parsley, 2 chicken broth cups, 1/2 l water. Preparation: Brown the chicken pieces in the oil. Separately, mix the onion, parsley, and the cubes dissolved in the water. Cook over low heat for 45 minutes. Serve the chicken with the sauce on the side. Serve with plain potatoes. |
