NO-BAKE MARBLED CHEESECAKE

Ingredients :

  • 150 gr of chocolate cookies,

  • 75 gr of butter,

  • 320 gr of cream cheese,

  • 140 g of sugar,

  • 125 gr of vanilla yogurt,

  • 375 g of Chantilly cream,

  • 2 sachets of unflavored gelatin,

  • 3 tbsp of water,

  • 150 gr of dark chocolate,

  • 150 gr of white chocolate.



Preparation :

  • Process the cookies with the melted butter.

  • Line the base of a springform pan.

  • Mix the cheese with the sugar. Add the yogurt and whipped cream.

  • Hydrate the gelatin with water and then heat without boiling.

  • While it is hot, immediately add it to the previous preparation.

  • Divide the mixture into two parts and mix each with the different warm, melted chocolates.

  • Place the white chocolate mixture on the base and, on top of it, spoonfuls of the dark chocolate. Draw some designs, smooth it out, and refrigerate until firm.

  • Unmold after 4 hours and serve
