JUICY BAKED CHICKEN (Dora Kot)

Ingredients: 1 and a half chicken cut into 4 or 8 2 tomatoes thinly sliced 2 onions thinly sliced 1 head of crushed garlic 3 tablespoons oregano 2 heaping tablespoons of sweet paprika 1 tablespoon of ground chili 1 lemon squeezed salt and pepper 1 heaping tablespoon of soup powder of any flavor (Osem) 1 glass of white wine 2 glasses of vegetable oil Procedure: Cover the bottom of a baking dish with the onion and tomato. Wash the chicken and sprinkle with lemon juice. Prepare the chimichurri with the dry ingredients and add a glass of oil. Marinate the chicken well on all sides, including under the skin. Arrange the chicken pieces on top of the tomatoes. Add the wine and the rest of the oil. Cover with aluminum foil, place in a medium-low oven for 1 hour and a half or two hours. Uncover and brown the chicken over high heat for 10 minutes or HIGH broil for 5 minutes. |
