WHITE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Ingredients: 500g white chocolate, 500ml cream, vanilla extract, 3 tbsp sugar, white chocolate for decorating. Procedure: Blend the chocolate until finely chopped. Heat 200ml of cream in a small saucepan, but do not let it boil, and add it to the chocolate. Blend to form a ganache. Place in a glass dish. Whisk the remaining whipped cream with the sugar and vanilla. Mix with the previous mixture. Decorate with white chocolate curls. Ice cream maker. Can be frozen.
