SUGAR-FREE BANANA AND CHOCOLATE BROWNIES

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of mashed ripe bananas

  • ¼ teaspoon Vanilla (can also substitute a sugar-free sweetener)

  • 2 tablespoons of coconut milk with almonds

  • 5 squares of sugar-free chocolate (tempered)

  • 2 tablespoons stevia

  • ½ cup of cocoa powder

  • ½ teaspoon baking soda




Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350.

  • Grease an 8 x 8 pan.

  • Add all ingredients except the baking powder to the food processor. Blend until smooth.

  • Add the baking soda and process again.

  • Spread evenly on the baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes. Slice and enjoy!

Yields: 1 loaf Preparation time: 20 minutes Cooking time: 20 to 30 minutes
