Ingredients
1 cup of mashed ripe bananas
¼ teaspoon Vanilla (can also substitute a sugar-free sweetener)
2 tablespoons of coconut milk with almonds
5 squares of sugar-free chocolate (tempered)
2 tablespoons stevia
½ cup of cocoa powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease an 8 x 8 pan.
Add all ingredients except the baking powder to the food processor. Blend until smooth.
Add the baking soda and process again.
Spread evenly on the baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes. Slice and enjoy!
