LATKES DE ESPINACA O ACELGA / SPINACH OR CHARD LATKES

​Ingredientes

  • Acelga

  • Harina normal o harina de matza (Si es para Pesaj)

  • Polvo Royal (Polvo de hornear leudante)

  • huevos

  • Sal

  • Pimienta

  • Ajo molido



Preparación

  1. hervir la acelga apretarla bien y picar a mano agregar harina o harina de matza un poquito de polvo de hornear royal y huevos crudos, sal y pimienta

  2. Poner por cucharadas en aceite bien caliente y bajar el fuego un poquito para que se terminen

  • 1/2 kg Chard

  • 4 spoonfuls of All purpose flour or matzo meal (If it is for Passover)

  • 1 teaspoon of Royal Powder (Baking Powder)

  • 3 eggs

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • 1 tbsp Minced garlic



Directions:

  1. Boil the chard, squeeze it well and chop by hand, add flour or matzo meal, a little self-rising agent such as royal, and raw eggs, salt and pepper. Add the chopped garlic.

  2. Put a tbsp of batter in hot oil and lower the heat a little so that they are evenly cooked
