PASSOVER GNOCCHI

​Ingredients:

12 small potatoes,

½ glass of oil,

6 beaten eggs,

salt, pepper and

18 tablespoons of potato starch.



Preparation:

Peel the potatoes, boil them until tender, and cool. step on them with

oil, eggs, salt and pepper. Add the starch until it takes

consistency. refrigerator for an hour. Boil water in a saucepan with 1 tbsp of

Salt. Assemble the gnocchi and throw them in the water until they float.
