PASSOVER CARAMEL PUDDING

Ingredients:

2 yolks

, 650 cm3 of milk,

  50 gr of starch,

80 g of sugar,

  200 g of sweet milk



Process:

Dissolve the starch with a little milk, and add the yolks and sugar. Add

slowly the rest of the milk. Cook in a saucepan stirring constantly until
