MICROWAVED STUFFED SOLE

Ingredients:

  • 1 small sole,

  • lemon juice,

  • Salt,

  • small mushrooms,

  • 1 tbsp. of butter,

  • 1 tbsp tomato paste



Directions:

  • Clean the fish and leave it in salt.

  •  Cut the fish by sinking the knife towards the spine, but without separating the two loins.

  • Stuff with the mushrooms, put in the pan and cover with the butter mixed with the tomato paste and salt.

  • Cook covered for 5 to 8 minutes. Serve with sauce with mushrooms or with oport tomato sauce.
