MEAT OR CHICKEN IN ONION SAUCE

Ingredients :

  • 1 1 ½ kg breast or chicken

  • Mustard

  • butter,

  • 1 package of cream of onion soup,

  • 1 glass of white wine,

  • Broth

  • vegetables



Preparation :

  • Spread the meat with mustard and butter.

  • Place it on aluminum foil and cover with the cream soup powder.

  • Sprinkle with wine.

  • Close and place in a baking dish.

  • Place a little broth or water and vegetables in the bottom and cook in a moderate oven for 40 minutes on one side.

  • Turn the package over and cook for another 40 minutes.

  • Open and cut.

  • Serve with noisette potatoes and buttered green beans.
