Homemade Apple Pie: An Irresistible Classic

Are you ready to delight your palate with a classic and delicious recipe? Today we bring you a homemade apple pie recipe that will make your kitchen smell of pure love.

Ingredients:

  • 4 large apples

  • 2 cups of flour

  • 1 cup of sugar

  • 100 g of butter

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

  • 1 sachet of baking powder

  • A pinch of salt

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  2. Peel the apples, remove the core and cut them into thin slices.

  3. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, yeast, salt and cinnamon.

  4. Add the eggs and melted butter to the dry mixture. Stir until smooth.

  5. Grease a pie plate and pour half of the batter into it. Place the apple slices on top and cover with the remaining batter.

  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the tart is golden brown and firm to the touch.

  7. Let cool before serving and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a special touch.

Tips:

  • You can add a handful of almonds or walnuts to the dough for a crunchy touch.

  • If you prefer a more intense flavor, try Granny Smith apples.
