Homemade Apple Pie: An Irresistible Classic

Are you ready to delight your palate with a classic and delicious recipe? Today we bring you a homemade apple pie recipe that will make your kitchen smell of pure love.
Ingredients:
4 large apples
2 cups of flour
1 cup of sugar
100 g of butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 sachet of baking powder
A pinch of salt
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Peel the apples, remove the core and cut them into thin slices.
In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, yeast, salt and cinnamon.
Add the eggs and melted butter to the dry mixture. Stir until smooth.
Grease a pie plate and pour half of the batter into it. Place the apple slices on top and cover with the remaining batter.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the tart is golden brown and firm to the touch.
Let cool before serving and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a special touch.
Tips:
You can add a handful of almonds or walnuts to the dough for a crunchy touch.
