GRILLED SALMON PACKAGES

INGREDIENTS
PREPARATION Preheat grill to medium heat. Cut 4 sheets of aluminum foil (12 x 20 inches) and 4 sheets of parchment paper (12 x 20 inches). Place 1 sheet of parchment paper on top of each sheet of foil. 1. Place a salmon fillet in the center of each foil packet. Divide the lemon slices and vegetables between each packet and place them on top of the salmon. 2. Sprinkle fresh herbs, salt, and pepper on top. Drizzle with olive oil. 3. Fold and seal the salmon packets. 4. Grill for about 12 to 15 minutes. |
