Ingredients: 1 ½ kg of stew meat, 3 onions, 1 red bell pepper, ½ coffee cup of oil, salt and pepper 1 1/2 cups of broth, 1 tbsp paprika, Sweet paprika, 1 pot of cream, 1 egg Flour, ½ cup of milk
Preparation : Cut the meat into cubes. Chop the onion and bell pepper finely. Brown the meat in the oil. Remove and sauté the onions and bell peppers in the same pan until they take on a good color. Put the meat back in and pour in the broth. Add the paprika, salt and pepper. Cook for a few minutes, then add the cream and stir. Cook for 2 more minutes. Hungarian gnocchi : Mix 1 beaten egg with salt and pepper and the milk. Add the flour little by little until a medium consistency paste forms. Take portions of this dough with the tip of a wet spoon or a wet toothpick and place the portions little by little in boiling salted water. When they rise to the surface, let them cook for 2 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and place in a dish with the goulash.
