Ingredients : 4 eggs, 100 g of sugar, 50 gr of cream, 150 gr of chocolate, 150 g of butter
Preparation Cut the chocolate into small pieces and melt it in a double boiler with the butter. Mix occasionally with a wooden spoon. Beat the whole eggs with the sugar and cream. Mix everything together. Pour into a greased mold, cook in a bain-marie for 1 1/2 hours in a moderate oven. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Unmold to serve and decorate with heavy cream
