CHOCOLATE MARQUISE II

Ingredients :

  • 4 eggs,

  • 100 g of sugar,

  • 50 gr of cream,

  • 150 gr of chocolate,

  • 150 g of butter



Preparation

  • Cut the chocolate into small pieces and melt it in a double boiler with the butter.

  • Mix occasionally with a wooden spoon.

  • Beat the whole eggs with the sugar and cream. Mix everything together.

  • Pour into a greased mold, cook in a bain-marie for 1 1/2 hours in a moderate oven.

  • Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

  • Unmold to serve and decorate with heavy cream
