Chocolate Cake made with Parve Almond Flour, gluten-free and delicious

Ingredients:

- 1 1/2 cups of almond flour

- 1 cup of sugar

- 100 g of melted dark chocolate (70% cocoa)

- 3 large eggs

- 1 cup of chopped nuts of your choice, divided in two, save the other half to put on top of the cake (macadamia nuts, pecans, almonds or cashews, merey)

- 1 teaspoon of pure cocoa powder

- 1/2 teaspoon of salt

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Baking paper

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

2. Prepare a 9-inch pan with baking paper

3. Mix almond flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt in a large bowl.

4. Add melted chocolate and eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition.

5. Add half of the chopped walnuts and vanilla extract. Mix gently.

6. Pour the mixture into the prepared mold and top with the other half of the nuts.

7. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

8.Remove from the oven, let stand for 15 minutes and unmold.

9.Let cool and enjoy!
