Preparation First, add the chicken to the chopped ginger from the ingredient list in the OAP Then mix everything together, close the lid, seal, pressure cook on high/manual pressure for four (4) minutes. When finished, perform a quick pressure release and open the lid. Then remove the chicken and leave the sauce (or you can leave the chicken). Then Select Saute mode. Prepare the cornstarch paste by combining the cornstarch and water in a bowl until smooth. Add the mixture to the OAP and combine. Cook, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens, 2 to 4 minutes (or to your liking).
