Ingredients : 2 ½ kg of chicken, 2 tsp. of salt, ½ tsp. Pepper, 3 tbsp. of flour, ¼ cup olive oil, 2 chopped onions, 2 cloves of garlic, minced, 3 peeled and crushed tomatoes, 4 green or red chilies cut into eight pieces, 2 tbsp. Chopped parsley.
Preparation : Mix the salt, pepper, and flour. Sprinkle over the pieces. Heat the oil in a saucepan. Fry the onions and garlic for 5 minutes. Add the chicken and brown it. Add the tomatoes and chilies. Cover and cook over low heat.
