Ingredients : 4 breasts, 1 onion, 1 garlic Half a cup of broth, 250 g of tomato sauce, 50 g of butter, Half a glass of cream, Sweet paprika, Black pepper Paprika, salt
Preparation : Cut the peeled onion into slices. Cut the chicken breasts into small cubes and chop the garlic. In a saucepan, microwave the chicken with half the butter on high for 2 minutes. Stir and continue cooking for another minute. Drain and set aside. In the same saucepan, add the remaining butter with the garlic and onion and cook for 5 minutes. Add the chicken, broth, tomato sauce, paprika, and pepper. Season with salt and pepper, cover, and cook for 8 minutes, stirring at least twice. Let stand for 5 minutes. Add the cream and mix. serve with noodles or gnocchi as a side dish.
