Ingredients: 1 small can of condensed milk 1 large pot of cream cheese 6 eggs Sugar to caramelize the mold A few drops of lemon Procedure: Make the liquid caramel with the sugar, a little water, and a few drops of lemon. Caramelize the mold(s) and let it cool. Beat all the ingredients with a mixer. Once the caramel is cold and hard, pour the mixture into the molds and place them in a bain-marie at 180º for 50 to 55 minutes. Eat cold. |
