Directions: Heat the grill and brown the lamb without salt, then arrange it in a baking pan Pour the wine, cover with aluminum foil and bake in medium heat for 1 hour. Remove the foil, mix in the remaining seasonings and beat them vigorously to form an emulsion and coat the meat. Continue baking for a few minutes and then serve hot with the dressing.
