BURGUNDY WINE LAMB

Ingredients:

  • 800 gr of lamb on the bone, without skin or fat,

  • 1 glass of burgundy wine,

  • Salt,

  • Pepper,

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 tbsp minced ground chili,

  • 4 tbspLight salad dressing,

  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar,

  • 1 tbsp paprika



Directions:

  • Heat the grill and brown the lamb without salt, then arrange it in a baking pan

  • Pour the wine, cover with aluminum foil and bake in medium heat for 1 hour.

  • Remove the foil, mix in the remaining seasonings and beat them vigorously to form an emulsion and coat the meat.

  • Continue baking for a few minutes and then serve hot with the dressing.
