BEEF AVOCADO BOWL INSTAPOT

Ingredients:


  • 2 teaspoons lime juice

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin

  • 1/2 teaspoon cracked pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

  • 2 pounds beef steak strips

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1 tablespoon water

  •  3 avocados , diced


Directions:


  • Arrange your Instant Pot over a dry, clean platform. Plug it in power socket and turn it on. Now press "Saute" mode from available options.

  • In the cooking area, add the oil and garlic; cook for 1-2 minutes to soften.

  • Add water, lime juice, sea salt, chili powder, and pepper; stir gently.

  • Close the lid and lock. Ensure that you have sealed the valve to avoid leakage.

  • Press "Manual" mode from available cooking settings and set cooking time to 10 minutes. Instant Pot will start cooking the ingredients after a few minutes.

  • After the timer reads zero, press "Cancel" and quick release pressure. Carefully remove the lid.

  • Press "Sauté" button, add the steak strips and stir and cook for 2 minutes.

  • Continue sautéing until chili becomes thicker and reduced by half size. Top with diced avocados.
