2 teaspoons lime juice 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin 1/2 teaspoon cracked pepper 1/2 teaspoon sea salt 1/2 teaspoon chili powder 2 pounds beef steak strips 1 garlic clove, minced 1 tablespoon water 3 avocados , diced
Directions:
Arrange your Instant Pot over a dry, clean platform. Plug it in power socket and turn it on. Now press "Saute" mode from available options. In the cooking area, add the oil and garlic; cook for 1-2 minutes to soften. Add water, lime juice, sea salt, chili powder, and pepper; stir gently. Close the lid and lock. Ensure that you have sealed the valve to avoid leakage. Press "Manual" mode from available cooking settings and set cooking time to 10 minutes. Instant Pot will start cooking the ingredients after a few minutes. After the timer reads zero, press "Cancel" and quick release pressure. Carefully remove the lid. Press "Sauté" button, add the steak strips and stir and cook for 2 minutes. Continue sautéing until chili becomes thicker and reduced by half size. Top with diced avocados.
