Banana and chocolate ice cream

Ingredients

  • 4 sliced bananas

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder

  • 2 tablespoons of agave

  • 6 sprigs of mint - optional




Preparation :

  • Place the sliced bananas in the freezer overnight in a freezer bag or Tupperware.

  • When the bananas are frozen and you're ready to serve, place the bananas, milk, cacao powder, and agave in a food processor or blender and turn it on.

  • Once it's smooth and creamy, it's ready to be served. Place it on a pretty plate or glass, garnish with a sprig of mint, and serve.
