Ingredients: 120 GR. of butter, 1 bar of chocolate, 4 egg yolks, ½ cup of sugar, 4 egg whites, 1 pot of cream Procedure: Melt the butter with the chocolate in a double boiler. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until white. Add the egg whites, add to the chocolate. Add the very stiff whipped cream. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours. Or 12 freezer and then refrigerate.
