Ingredients: 1 kilo of strawberries, 2 large cups of sugar, 3 egg whites, lemon juice. Directions: Blend the strawberries and add the 3 egg whites, sugar, and lemon juice to a large bowl. Beat until light pink. (It thickens a lot!) |
