YOGHURT PARFAIT

Ingredients: 500 ml. vanilla or natural liquid yogurt, 150 g of cream, chopped strawberries, 1 sachet of unflavored gelatin, 1/2 pineapple. Procedure: Dissolve the gelatin in a little hot water, add it to the yogurt, mix well, then the cream, the chopped strawberries, put in a mold, or in several individual ones, take to the refrigerator, when it takes consistency, unmold and decorate with pineapple and some chopped strawberries. Serve with coulis.
