WINE MICROWAVED ROAST

Ingredients :

  • 1 rump steak 1 ½ KG, OR MEAT FOR CASSEROLE

  • 1 glass of white wine,

  • ½ stock cube,

  • 1 tsp red paprika,

  • oil



Procedure :

  • Preheat the browning tray. Oil it and arrange the meat.

  • Cook for 4 minutes on high, turn over and cook for another 4 minutes.

  • Transfer to a serving dish, cover with the wine mixed with the stock cube and paprika.

  • Cover and cook for 15 minutes maximum, turning the meat twice.

  • Remove, rest and serve with fresh salad.
