WHITE WINE BRISKET

Ingredients:

• 1 small brisket

• Water

• dry provencal

• 2 glasses of white wine

• paprika

Directions:

• Put the brisket in the saucepan with water and Provencal, white wine, paprika and cover.

• Cook over high heat first and then low.
