Ingredients : 1 cup of processed vanilla beans, 30 gr of butter, 1 ½ tbsp sugar, 200 gr of white chocolate, 2 tbsp cream, 900 gr of cream cheese, ½ cup sugar + 2 tbsp, 4 eggs, 2 egg yolks, 1 tsp vanilla essence, 2 tbsp flour, 500 gr of strawberry, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1 cup of water, 1 tsp lemon zest
Preparation : Mix the vanilla with the melted butter and sugar. Grease a springform pan and line it with the vanilla wafers. Bake at medium temperature for 10 minutes. Cool. Melt the chocolate with the cream in a double boiler. Mix the cream cheese with the sugar and add the eggs, yolks, chocolate, vanilla, and sifted flour. Bake at minimum temperature for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Run a knife around the edges and let cool in the turned-off oven. Place the strawberries, sugar, water, and zest in a small saucepan and cook until thickened for approximately 10 minutes. Cool and serve alongside the cheesecake.
