Vegetarian Chopped Liver Recipe

Chopped liver is a classic Jewish dish. Here we present a vegetarian variation of this Jewish classic. This vegetarian chopped liver recipe is very easy to prepare and is delicious.


Ingredients:

2 cans of green beans (peas or beans) drained or 1 kilo of fresh green beans

1/3 cup walnuts

3 pieces of black bread

3 hard boiled eggs

1 sautéed onion

Preparation:

Sauté the onion and set aside.


Place all the ingredients, including the sautéed onion, in a food processor and process until the desired consistency is obtained. I generally like it grainy. Add salt and pepper to taste.
