Ingredients Preparation Wash the spinach thoroughly. Place it in a pot of boiling water for a minute. Rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. Chop finely. Add the whole shells, onion, cheese, and pepper. Brush each sheet of pastry with melted butter. Cut the larger sheet of pastry to the desired size and fill it into triangles. It should look like a sealed package with no visible filling. Arrange them in a baking tin. Brush the tops again and sprinkle each one with Palmas cheese. Preheat oven to 180°C. Watch closely at all times as they burn easily. They should be wafer-colored. Serve hot with cream (shmetene)
