SWEET TART DOUGH

Ingredients :

• 300 g of self-rising flour

• 100 gr of butter,

• 5 tablespoons of sugar,

• 1 egg,

• 1 teaspoon of water

Preparation :

• Sand the flour with the butter and sugar

• Process with the egg and water and knead a little.
