SUGAR-FREE CHOCOLATE CHIP PECAN MUFFINS

Ingredients

  • 3 ½ cups flour

  • 2 tablespoons stevia powder

  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 ¼ cups milk

  • ½ cup of oil

  • 10 SUGAR-FREE CHOCOLATE SQUARES cut into pieces

  • 1 cup of walnuts



Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350.

  • Grease a 9 x 5 baking dish.

  • Combine all dry and wet ingredients separately.

  • Finally, mix the chocolate and nuts. Don't overmix.

  • Pour into the mold and smooth evenly on top.

  • Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.

  • Make sure you stick a toothpick in and if it comes out clean, you're ready to enjoy!


  • Yields: 12 muffins

  • Preparation time: 10 to 15 minutes

  • Cooking time: 50 minutes
