Ingredients 3 very ripe bananas ½ cup of Greek yogurt 1 egg 1 ½ teaspoons stevia or 2 packets ¼ cup of crushed almonds, optional Also optional you can add ½ cup of peanut butter 1 ½ cups almond flour ½ teaspoon salt 5 SkinnyMe chocolate squares, chopped 1 tablespoon baking powder
Preparation Preheat oven to 350. Spray muffin tins with cooking spray. In a food processor, blend the banana, sugar, egg, and yogurt. In a separate bowl, mix all the dry ingredients. Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture. Stir in the chocolate and almonds. Divide the mixture evenly into muffin tins. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. To check for doneness, insert a toothpick into the oven. If it comes out clean, they're ready.
