STRAWBERRY AND BOSTON CREAM PIE

Ingredients :

• 1 pie crust, or European pie crust

• 1 egg and 1 yolk

• 250 ml of milk

• 50 g sugar

• 20 g cornstarch

• 50 g butter

• vanilla essence

• 250 g sliced strawberries

Preparation

• Prepare the pastry cream with the 4 or 5 minute microwave recipe.

• Line a pie dish with European pie dough (see recipe) or buy a ready-made pie crust.

• Fill with the pastry cream and decorate with the sliced strawberries.
