Ingredients :
Preparation Wash and cut the zucchini into 0.5 cm wide slices. Coat the bottom of a pan with a drizzle of olive oil and heat for 2 minutes over high heat. Reduce the heat to medium and brown the chopped onion. Then add the zucchini, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with garlic powder, cover. Stir occasionally. When the zucchini is translucent and soft, add the 2 beaten eggs and stir gently until cooked through.
