SALSA DE CHOCOLATE / CHOCOLATE SAUCE

​Ingredientes:

  • 200 Gr de chocolate de taza

  • 2 cdas de aceite

  • 1 cda de esencia de vainilla

  • 2 cdas de vino o licor.



Preparación:

  • Derretir A baño María 200 gr chocolate de taza con 2 cdas de aceite, 1 cda de vainilla y 2 de vino o licor.

  • Hervir.

  • Verter sobre las frutas deseadas.

​Ingredients:

  • 200 gr of cup chocolate

  • 2 tablespoons of oil

  • 1 tbsp vanilla essence

  • 2 tablespoons of wine or liquor.



Directions:

  • Melt 200 g cup chocolate in a bain-marie with 2 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp of vanilla and 2 of wine or liquor.

  • Boil.

  • Pour over desired fruits.
