Preparation Bring the water for the noodles to a boil with a splash of olive oil and salt. Once it boils, add the noodles and cook for approximately 10 minutes after returning to a boil. Meanwhile, drizzle the salmon fillets with olive oil, salt, and rosemary. Bake in the oven for 450°F for 10 minutes. Heat the cream with the two cheeses and a pinch of salt over high heat until it boils, then reduce to low heat. Stir to combine and melt the cheeses. Drain the noodles, place them in a dish with the cream and serve with the salmon on top.
