RUSSIAN POTATO SALAD ARGENTINIAN STYLE

Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes

  • 1 can of peas and carrots

  • 1/2 cup of Mayonnaise

  • 1 teaspoon of mustard

  • 3 hard boiled eggs

  • Salt



Directions

  • Boil the potatoes with the skin (I steam them for 15 minutes in the Instapot pressure cooker). When they are cold, peel them and cut them into not very small cubes.

  • Add the carrots and peas. Cut the eggs into pieces and add them.

  • Salt to taste Mix with mayonnaise and mustard.
