POTATO KUGEL FOR PASSOVER 2

​Ingredients:

•  3 Kg of coarsely grated potatoes.

• 7 eggs,

• 5 medium onions chopped and fried,

•  potato starch to bind

• oil

•  salt and pepper

Directions :

• Mix the eggs, add the grated potato, season with salt and pepper, the sautéed onion and starch.

• Heat the roasting pan in a hot oven and fill quickly with the mixture.

• Bake over high heat until golden brown.

• Serve cut into squares or on discs with cutters
