POTATO GNOCCHI

Ingredients: 1 1/2 kg of potatoes 400 Gr of self-rising flour 25 Gr of butter 1 egg yolk 3 tbsp of grated cheese DIRECTIONS Cook one and a half kilos of potatoes in water and salt, form a puree, add 400 grs. of flour, 25 grs. of butter, one egg yolk and three tablespoons of grated cheese, form a somewhat soft and smooth dough, divide into several pieces, cutting them into strips giving it a round shape with the palm of your hand on a table sprinkled with flour, cut small cubes by passing them through a fork to mark them. Place them in boiling salted water until cooked, strain them by placing them in a dish, cover them with tuco and plenty of grated cheese. Enjoy
