Peaches or pears in white wine syrup

Ingredients:

  • ½ l of white wine,

  • 800 g of sugar,

  • peaches or pears



Preparation :

  • Boil the wine with the sugar.

  • Place the peaches in half for 8 minutes.

  • Remove from heat and leave them inside.
