PASSOVER PIE DOUGH

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp sugar,

  • 2 yolks,

  • 200 gr of potato starch,

  • 80 cm3 of oil,

  • pinch of salt,

  • water to bind (1/2 tbsp approx)



Directions:

  • Mix all the ingredients well to form a homogeneous dough. Let rest.

  • Stretch with a rolling pin on plastic wrap.

  • Turn over a pyrex previously oiled or tart bundt with high edges lined with silicone parchment paper.

  • Cook in a moderate oven.
