PASSOVER BROWNIES

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs,

  • 200 grams of sugar,

  • 200 gr of parve bitter cup chocolate

  • 125 cm3 of oil,

  • 40 gr of potato starch,

  • 40g almond flour or matzah flour, sifted

  • ½ cup walnuts (optional)




Directions:

  • Beat the eggs with the sugar, add the softened chocolate together with the oil, starch, matzah meal.

  • Put in a rectangular mold of 30 x 40 lined with silicone parchment paper.

  • Bake at low medium heat.

  • chill and cut into squares.
