Orange Glazed Cake

ingredients

• 4 eggs

• 1 1/3 cups sugar

• 3/4 cup oil

• 1 1/4 cups orange juice

• 2 cups of flour

• 4 teaspoons of baking powder

• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

• Grated rind of 1/2 orange

• 1 cup of powdered sugar

• 1/4 teaspoon orange zest

• 2-3 tablespoons of orange juice

Preparation

• Put all the ingredients in the processor.

• Process for 10 seconds, scrape and process for 30 seconds.

• Pour into a greased and floured large cake pan.

• Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350 F.

• Let it cool in the mold

Orange glaze

Combine the ingredients and cover the cake

for 15 minutes.

Orange glaze

Combine and pour over the cake.
