ONION AND CREAM QUICHE 2

Ingredients: 1 kg onion, 2 eggs, 1 pot of cream, 1 cup grated cheese, 2 pie crusts. Preparation: Thinly slice the raw onion. Mix with the eggs, cream, grated cheese, salt, and pepper. Place in a pie-lined mold. Cover with the other dough disc. Brush with beaten egg. Bake in a moderate oven until golden brown.
