ONION AND CREAM QUICHE 1

Ingredients:

1 1/2 kg of onion

8 eggs

1 cup whipping cream

lots of grated cheese

Salt

Pepper

1 pie crust

Directions:

Peel and chop 1 1/2 kg of onion. Blend with 8 eggs and 1 cup of cream.

grated cheese, salt, and pepper. Place in a baking dish lined with pastry. Do not cover.

Preheat oven for 15 minutes.
