Ingredients :
Preparation Thicken 200g of chopped chocolate, 1/2 cup of milk, 1 egg yolk, and 1 cup of brown sugar over the stove or in the microwave. DO NOT boil. Beat 100g of butter with 1 cup (250g) of powdered sugar. When the mixture is creamy, add 2 egg yolks one at a time, beating well. Add 2 cups of self-rising flour previously sifted with a teaspoon of baking soda, alternating with ¼ cup of water mixed with ½ cup of milk. Fold together the cold chocolate cream and the remaining 2 egg whites, beaten until stiff. Bake in a moderate oven for about 1 hour in a well-greased and floured pan.
