MILK CARAMEL ICE CREAM (CLAUDIA E)

Ingredients: 1 can of condensed milk (here it comes in 395 gr) - 1/2 kg of dulce de leche - 1/2 liter of heavy cream Procedure: Beat the cream a little so that it is not so runny and then add the dulce de leche and the milk and beat gently (not at full speed) for about 5 minutes. You will notice when it thickens. Ready, in the freezer. After 2 or 3 hours, take it out and beat it a little more.
